Subscriptions and Renewals

Step 1 — Documents required

  1. New Memberships
    1. Fill out the Membership Form [PDF].
    2. If you are a student, make a copy of your current student ID card
  2. Membership Renewals
    1. Check and update as needed the contact information included in the Membership Renewal Form emailed to you as an attachment.
    2. If you are a student, make a copy of your current student ID card

Step 2 – Payment of Membership (new or renewal)

  • You wish to pay by cheque
    Send your cheque and the documents prepared in Step 1 to the address specified on the Membership Form.
  • You wish to pay electronically
    • Send the documents prepared in Step 1
      1. If you have a scanner
        Scan the documents and email them to tresorerie@rte-nte.ca.
      2. If you do not have a scanner
        Send the documents by regular mail to the address specified on the Membership Form.
    • Make your payment via an Interac E-Transfer:
      From your online bank account, send your payment to tresorerie@rte-nte.ca, without forgetting to specify “2020 Membership/Renewal” — as the case may be — in the message box.
