Subscriptions and Renewals

Step 1 — Documents required

  1. New Memberships
    1. Fill out the Membership Form [PDF].
    2. Complete the Annual Authorization to Publish Personal/Business Information (page 2 of the form).
    3. If you are a student, make a copy of your current student ID card
  2. Membership Renewals
    1. Check and update as needed the contact information included in the Membership Renewal Form emailed to you as an attachment.
    2. Complete the Annual Authorization to Publish Personal/Business Information (page 2 of the form)
    3. If you are a student, make a copy of your current student ID card

Step 2 – Payment of Membership (new or renewal)

  • You wish to pay by cheque
    Send your cheque and all the documents completed in Step 1 above to the address specified on the Membership Form.
  • You wish to use your PayPal account or pay by credit card
    1. Send all the documents completed in Step 1 above
      • If you have a scanner
        Scan the documents and email them to secretariat@rte-nte.ca.
      • If you do not have a scanner
        Send the documents by regular mail to the address specified on the Membership Form.
    2. Go to the PayPal site to pay.
